This marks the first episode of new podcast series, 'The Ebbs and The Flows'. The Ebbs and The Flows podcast is one part of the brainchild of William Balme, a person with significant lived experience with anxiety and depression, challenging misconception, stigma and the lack of accessibility in mental and emotional health and championing places and spaces for difficult conversations about topics we have avoided in the hope of removing ourselves from discomfort.

In this episode, William takes us through the inspiration for starting a show focused on emotional health journeys. Most notably he details his own mental health challenges and why we need to put a spotlight on mental health.
